1.The company guarantees the customer’s satisfaction, product quality as indicated on the label and we are willing to offer the return service within 15 days from the date of receiving the request. The service is for the damages caused by the company only.


2.The customer requires to send the letter of notice to the company and return the product to the company or the warehouse in the foreign countries within 7 days from the delivered date. After that, the company or the company’s warehouse will deliver the new products to the affiliate within 15 days from the date of receiving the request. For the return, it strictly requires the receipt.

3. Delivery cost belong to customer.
